It is only minutes away from the beautiful North Cornish coastline with it's sandy stretches of beaches, epic cliff walks and the Bude Sea Pool. Great for surfing, swimming, and various water sports. The Hawthorn Shed is within easy access to a variety of shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. The Appledown Iyengar Yoga Studio within our garden offers private & general classes.

Relax in your private hot tub or enjoy dining out in Bude or the coastline of Hartland. Our reviews say it all with all our guests giving glowing recommendations, there is something for all. Please note all facilities at Penstowe pk are closed. The hot tub is private.

Pippins Shepherds Hut & Wood-fired Hot Tub

Pippins is a gorgeous shepherd's hut in a romantic and magical location. There's everything you need for a relaxing and memorable stay. A bathroom with shower and compost loo (don't worry it's fine!). A kitchen area with hob, microwave and fridge, in case you decide not to pop along to The Bush nearby! The wood burner will keep you toasty warm. There’s also a BBQ for al fresco dining. Last, but by no means least, we heat up the amazing wood-fired hot tub for your own exclusive use.

Butterfly Cottage is a charming Cornish Barn conversion within the grounds of the 16th century pub, The London Inn, within the heart of the rural village of Kilkhampton. Being close to the Cornwall/Devon border it is a perfect location for visiting different attractions and is just a 10 minute drive into Bude. It has everything you will need for your stay and pets are welcome. Being next to the pub, it can be a little lively at times. There is free WiFi available to use in the pub.
