Welcome to The Casita, our Mediterranean inspired beach bungalow in the Outer Banks. The vision for this home came about after we traveled in Europe and fell in love with the calming, slow-paced lifestyle of villages along the coast, mixed with rich architecture focused on natural elements & a soothing palettes. We designed and renovated this beach cottage to exude inspiration from those experiences and create an escape for ourselves and to share with others. We look forward to hosting you!

The beach is only steps away from your room, outdoor pool & hot tub open 4/20/26 - 10/31/26, indoor pool and hot tub open year round, outside balcony with small ocean views and views of the Wright Brothers Monument, and free parking on premises. This is a 3 bed (2 kings 1 queen) and 3 full bath condo. This is a single floor plan on the top floor. There are elevators at the condominium.

Conveniently located near the Wright Brother’s Memorial National Park, Nags Head Wood Trails, and fishing piers, this home is fully equipped for the beach with beach chairs, beach cart and umbrella. Enjoy the outdoor living space with picnic tables and ample seating.

Originally constructed in 1958, this single story Block House sits on a large double corner lot in the Heart of Kill Devil Hills. Close to the Beach, shopping , and Attractions, Our Vintage Flatroof is Modernized while trying to keep its nostalgic feel that made so many fall in love with the Outer Banks!! (Note: Minimum 7 day, Saturday to Saturday stays only from June til Labor Day.)
