E Gray house is a luxury retreat set in a beautiful woodland setting and right on the Waterford greenway. It is just a short cycle into Dungarvan town and to several beaches. Although you may find it hard to leave the stylish and comfortable interior when sat in front of the stove reading a book or watching your favourite programs projected onto our retractable 180cm screen. There is a lovely sea view from the cosy mezzanine bedroom that gently persuades you to slow down and enjoy the time away

Our groundfloor farmhouse is located less than 2km from many of Comeragh mountain walking routes Our location makes our home very special, we look directly onto the Comeragh mountains, 5 minutes drive from Kilclooney wood and Coumsingaun lake walk. We are a short drive from Crough woods and Mahon falls. Clonea strand, Bunmahon and Stradbally beaches are a 20 minute drive. After a busy day you can look forward to relaxing at the fire side or outside in nature.

A perfect base to explore the Copper Coast, its many beaches and the Comeragh Mountains all within 10km. The property is situated in a quiet residential area making it suitable for all. We have a strict NO parties or loud music rule! If hiking, biking, walking, running, surfing, exploring or just relaxing is your thing, No 34 will tick all the boxes!

The Corner House is in the heart of Kilmacthomas village, a few minutes walk from Main Street where you will find eateries, EV charge points, shops and access to the beautiful Greenway walking and cycling route. A bright, airy family friendly house with private driveway, beautiful walled garden to relax in, cosy lounge and well-equipped spacious kitchen-diner with utility room including washing machine and tumble dryer. Sitting on higher grounds just behind the main house, it has its own garden with a view to take your breath away. It’s a bit of a rise to get there but totally worth it. If you keep climbing across small fields and a strip of forest, you’ll find yourself on Slievenamon’s mountain trails. Downhill from here lies Kilcash village, pub, church, more forestry and the ruins of an old castle
