This is a basement apartment and is connected to the main house It is a completely separate unit. It is roughly 650 sq ft It has a carpeted bedroom the rest is laminate and tile flooring Parking is for one vehicle although stays longer than one month may have two What I love and believe our guest will love is the quiet and the large, attached deck. We are only dog Friendly with a max of two dogs, please lets us know if you will be bringing your fur babies Unfortunately, there is no Lake access
