'Holly Berry' is a cosy holiday hideaway in the picturesque Nottinghamshire village of Wellow. Please note that Holly Berry is only bookable for a maximum of two adults. It is equipped with kitchenette (larder fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster but no oven or hob), shower/washroom, small sofa, mezzanine level with double mattress, wood burning stove, television and private outdoor seating area with bike lock-up. Two excellent village pubs within 100 yards serving delicious home-cooked meals.

A cabin on wheels, made from locally sourced oak and larch. Set within a meadow, surrounded by woodland in Sherwood Forest. Showers with underfloor heating in a shepherd hut. Compost toilets. Outdoor pot washing facilities and dining area. Welcome basket on arrival including free range eggs from our chickens. Our smallholding has sheep, goats and chickens which graze often in the meadow depending on the season. Sherwood Forest and Sherwood Pines are all within walking/cycle distance.

This is a stylish studio in the picturesque village of Ravenshead. It has all the charm of a hotel suite but with the warmth of home. It has amazing views across fields making it a pretty home from home. 45 minutes from the Peak District and a 20 minute walk to Byron's Newstead Abbey. Ravenshead is close to the Robin Hood Way walking trail and Sherwood Forest. *Please Note* The studio is undergoing refurbishment and will be unavailable between the 3rd and the 15th of Jan 2024

Loxley's Lodge - Sherwood Forest getaway

Self-catering accommodation for up to 6 people in the heart of Sherwood Forest, home of Robin Hood. Loxley's Lodge is located approximately 1 mile down a single track lane off the A614 trunk road. It is self-contained within its own secure grounds and affords easy access to a variety of tourist attractions, activities and a large network of cycle tracks and woodland walks whilst also offering a secluded, private and peaceful base from which to enjoy the forest.

Sleepover with Miniature horse Basil

Basils Barn is situated on the grounds of a 17th century manor, surrounded by a picturesque 60 acre estate. The bedroom is directly attached to Basils stable, where there is a doorway in between the two spaces. In the paddocks we also have a herd of Highland cows, Hebridean sheep, horses, pigs, chickens and Norwegian Forrest cats. Our animals are mostly rescued and all of our animals are kept strictly as pets.

An ideal base for a weekend exploring Robin Hood country, the Derbyshire countryside or the nearby towns of Nottingham and Newark.
