Our stylish Shepherds Hut has all you need for a relaxing, peaceful get-away. Nestled in the small village of Dilhorne, (about 6 miles from Alton Towers) you'll be wowed by the panoramic, stunning views & peace & quiet here. There are 2 great local pubs in the village, both offering a fantastic range of food & drink. You'll find some beautiful footpaths to explore through the field gate. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish cottage nestled in the beautiful Staffordshire Moorlands village of Kingsley, on the cusp of the Churnet Valley, 10 minutes from Alton Towers. This newly refurbished cottage consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 with double bed and the other with bunks including 1.5 modern bathrooms. Parking for 1 vehicle. Ideal for families and walkers alike. Dogs welcome. There is a small courtyard only but plenty of walks and fields for exercising your 4-legged friend.

Hollins Lane is easily accessible from the house, The beautiful Churnet Valley, with steam trains, wildlife reserves are close by, Within 10 miles are Alton Towers, Splash Landings, Waterworld, Trentham Gardens, Monkey Forest and pottery museums.

Hidden Cottage for Two in Staffordshire

Tucked behind Cheadle’s Georgian High street in Staffordshire , this self catering holiday cottage (circa 1830) is ideal for couples wanting peace and privacy, whilst at the same time having all of the town’s facilities (pubs, restaurants,general store etc.) on the doorstep. Free parking is just over the road. Self checkin from 4 pm with lock box The cottage is well situated to explore the Peak District and Stoke on Trent. Convenient for Alton Towers which is only a 15 minute drive

You will be pleased to hear that we are surrounded by lots of local attractions such as, Alton towers, Churnet valley railway, Trentham gardens and lots more.
