Penburren (The Annexe) @ Minster Farm West

Minster Farm is a former farm in Much Birch, south Herefordshire and 'Penburren' (The Annexe) is a new contemporary living space in a converted outbuilding, which like the farm itself dates back over 150 years. Much Birch is a rural, yet well connected village, being located mid-way between Ross-on-Wye and Hereford on the A49, near to the River Wye AONB. We are ideally situated with easy access to Hay-on-Wye, the Black Mountains, Brecon Beacons, Forest of Dean, Malvern Hills, and the Cotswolds.

The Annex at The Oaks

The Annex is a separate building on two floors. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. There is a kingsize bed and a sofa bed available. We do provide extra laundry for the sofa bed at a cost of £15. Please let me know if you require the sofa bed making up. To access the bedroom are external stairs. Downstairs is a great open plan living space. There is private parking. Ross town is a mile away. PLEASE NOTE: the Annexe is next to a busy main road and traffic can be heard from the Annexe.

The Hereford Hut, Romantic 1 bedroom Shepherds Hut

Situated in rural Herefordshire, our shepherd’s hut is a perfect hideaway for two adults. It is set in secluded woodland with open views. It offers peace, privacy and a chance to truly switch off. Inside, relax by the cosy wood burner, sink into a comfortable double bed, enjoy the convenience of an ensuite shower room and thoughtfully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. Perfect for year-round romantic escapes. Spend your days strolling quiet country lanes , stargazing or enjoying a good book!

The Nest, cosy eco-friendly studio, dogs welcome

The Nest is a cosy, airy refurbished self-contained eco-studio apartment in a peaceful, rural setting. Own separate entrance and self check-in. Wood-burning stove and en-suite shower room. There is a unique craftsman-built sleeping platform with double bed, extra sofa bed on ground floor. Free parking. Lovely views of the gentle rolling Herefordshire countryside. The River Wye is at end of the road. Peaceful wildlife garden space. Visit the on-site pottery for hand made souvenirs of your stay.

Private Glamp under the Stars

Given the very hot dry weather open fires will not be permitted. Quiet countryside glamping getaway in a bell tent, situated behind my home and studio. You'll have your own little paddock, surrounded by pasture land, hedgerows, apple trees, sometimes sheep, and steps away from woodlands and cycling routes, and on a clear night... a mass of stars overhead! The Black Mountains and River Wye are nearby, awaiting exciting walks and adventures. Herefordshire has a vibrant local food scene too.

The Penthouse at The Pilgrim

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The Penthouse Suite sleeps 4, and is based in rural Herefordshire with sweeping views of the surrounding countryside. The open plan and spacious lounge includes a 75" Smart Screen TV to enable you to enjoy a cosy night watching films should you wish or enjoy the views from your balcony before stepping out for dinner in the restaurant located just next door to the Penthouse. Please note access to the Penthouse is via a flight of stairs.

Little Barn is tucked away in the heart of Hereford's famous apple orchards, close to golf courses, walks & cycle routes, with a fabulous village pub just a stroll away. Comfy beds, a well-equipped kitchen, a relaxing bath, a log burner... everything you need for a country break with friends or family - or a solo escape! Despite the rural location, the historic city of Hereford is only 5 miles away, with Ledbury, Hay-on-Wye, Ludlow, and the rolling Brecon Beacons & Malvern Hills nearby.

The Haystore is a self-contained annexe to our listed Barn. It is approached down a country lane through our lovely neighbours' farm. The Haystore has been fully refurbished to provide gorgeous accommodation with direct access onto National Trust parkland and the Wye Valley AONB. Within walking distance is a farm shop, and a little further two award winning pubs. Ross-on-Wye, Symonds Yat and the Black Mountains are a short drive making us an ideal base to explore the wider area.
