Our lovely holiday home, Mary's Cottage, is set in the beautiful North Northumberland countryside just a few miles from the Scottish Borders. In the peaceful village of Branxton, it offers country walks from the door and combines tranquility & style with warmth & comfort. It’s the perfect romantic, rural retreat at any time of the year.

Cairns Braw Kelso - comfortable, town location

Situated in the old market town of Kelso in the Scottish Borders, the flat is just off the cobbled square and within a short walk of the picturesque River Tweed. Offering spacious accommodation for 4 people in two bedrooms. A large kitchen/diner is well equipped with everything you need to prepare your own hearty meals, however Kelso has a good selection of restaurants, pubs and cafes. Convenient for the races, events at Springwood, beautiful countryside and just an hours drive from Edinburgh.

Skylark Seaview Studio

Welcome to our self-contained hilltop studio surrounded by fields and panoramic views over the Northumbrian coast. A place to unwind and reconnect with nature. Located within walking distance of a remote outstretched beach and just a few miles from the coastal village of Alnmouth and historical village of Warkworth. Alnmouth train station is only a 5 minute drive. From here you can travel directly to Edinburgh in 1 hour. The studio features an open plan sleeping/ living area with a kitchen.

Forestgrove is a Georgian House built circa 1840 set in a quiet street five minutes walk to Kelso town centre. This is a perfect base to explore the Scottish Borders and Northumberland. Guests will have the entire basement floor complete with bedroom with shower, separate lounge/living room and WC. Tea and coffee fresh milk facilities are provided free of charge .Couples with small baby or toddler welcome. There is a sofa bed available which will attract a £10 per stay surcharge for linen.

The Black Triangle Cabin

The Black Triangle Cabin is a peaceful getaway situated on our property just outside of Jedburgh, a historic town in the heart of the Scottish Borders. The Cabin sleeps 2 people in a king size bed, with a separate living/kitchen space boasting views through the woods and across the fields. If you keep an eye out, you may see the deer that pass through regularly, or even hear our resident owl. Ideally located only an hour from Edinburgh, Newcastle and the St Abbs coastline.
