Constructed in 2025, everything is brand-new at Casa Colina, including the flooring, appliances, and furniture. Willow House is a single wide vintage trailer (circa 1974) with an addition on the front and a deck/porch out back with a tightly fenced yard. We have refurbished and remodeled this home. People have called it charming, cozy and peaceful. Willow House is decorated in a unique vintage way. Willow House has a "new lease on life" on Airbnb and we welcome you for a short or long stay: 10% weekly and 30% monthly discount, applies when you reserve your stay. We welcome your dog.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 4 bedroom home. Has beds in 3 of the rooms. Master bedroom has a king size bed. One room has a queen size bed. The 3rd room with a bed has a full size bed. Sleeps 6 people comfortably. The 4th room is an exercise room with a treadmill. Nice cozy back yard. Nice living room with oversized couches. WiFi offered. The living room has a tv and 3 of the rooms has tv in them. There is a nice koi pond in the front yard.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Within walking distance to movie theatre, restaurants, aquatic center, trampoline park, as well as Rickett's park. Owner is not liable for any incidents regarding use of in-ground trampoline, pool or hot tub. Pool will be open Memorial Day-Labor Day (summer only). Hot tub is open Labor Day-Memorial Day (winter only).

The house is located near the college, the mall, and many places to eat. As far as geography, it is centrally located between Ship Rock, the San Juan River, Navajo Dam, Chaco Canyon, and Durango CO. There is much to explore just by doing day trips. The San Juan River boasts of the best fly fishing, and Navajo Dam is one of the biggest lakes in NM stretching into Colorado.
