Uusi moderni mökki kahdelle

Kohde on uusi, vuoden 2024 tulokas. Tontin sijainti on 20-30 km kyläkeskuksista Äkäsjärven rannalla keskellä Ylläs, Pallas, Olos ja Levi tuntureita. Tällä ainutlaatuisella kohteella on oma moderni tyylinsä. Värimaailma on rauhallinen, tekstiileissä luonnon materiaalit ja kaikki tavarat uusia. Pienestä koostaan huolimatta 30m2 mökissä on kaikki tarvittava: wi-fi, takka, sähkösauna, pyykin- ja astianpesukone, uuni, mikro, raclette; fööni, silitysvälineet; vaellussukset ja lumikengät kahdelle.

Viihtyisä, kompakti ja ekologinen minikoti sijaitsee järven rannalla aidossa ja tavallisessa pienessä Lapin kylässä. Minikodissa on kaikki mitä tarvitset myös puulämmitteinen sauna, autamme sinua halutessasi saunan lämmityksessä, wifi. Isoista ikkunoista avautuu kaunis näkymä järvelle ja pohjoiselle taivaalle. Tämä mobiili minikoti sopii hyvin myös pitempiaikaiseen vierailuun, joten jo pelkkä majoitus on kokemus aktiviteettien keskellä. Kylpytynnyri lisämaksusta, tällä hetkellä ei käytössä.

Cottage near Santa Claus Village

A cosy cottage in a beautiful area only a 30min drive from the city centre. You can set up a bonfire by the stream, listen to the magic sounds of the nature and watch the sky. This is one of the best places in town to see the Aurora Borealis.Now they are at their best and you can see them just looking out of the window inside the cottage!The cottage is right next to the river Ounasjoki.The cottage is only a short distance from the city center but you will be just like different world.

This lovely place is around 10-15 min far away from Levi by car and less than an hour there is beautiful Pallas-Ylläs national park. This cozy minihome was built in November 2024 and is set in the peaceful nature of Lapland, just a 30-minute drive from Levi and about 1 km from Lake Jerisjärvi. It features a fireplace, AC, underfloor heating, fast WiFi (100mb/s), a shower and a freezer toilet. Comfortably sleeps 2 adults on a sofa bed. Shared amenities include a lean-to shelter with fireplace, a rowing boat on Lake Jerisjärvi, maintained ski and snowshoe trails in winter, and a sledding hill with free sleds.

Enjoy easy living in this cosy and centrally located cabin in a peaceful and highly valued area of Kätkä. Only 1km walking or driving distance to Levi Center and the slopes. You are located next to Kätkä fell and lake Immel that is a perfect spot for spotting northern lights. The owners have been living in the area for over a decade and are still living in the neigbourhood to be of your assistance with planing of your tours and giving the best tips for the local restaurants.

Mökissä on hyvin varusteltu keittiö, oma sauna ja laadukkaat sängyt sekä vuodevaatteet. Kauppa, ravintolat ja bussipysäkit laskettelurinteille sekä Kittilään ja Kolariin ovat noin 500m päässä. Laskettelurinteille 2km. Vinkit aktiviteettien ja retkien varaamiseen saat mökin omistajilta.
