Nur 5,4 Kilometer vom weltbekannten Kitzbühel entfernt liegt das Haus Gästehaus Appartement Staffner zentraler ruhiger Lage in Kirchberg in Tirol. Der Standort ist im Sommer ein idealer Ausgangspunkt zum Spazieren, Wandern, Biken, Golf, Minigolf und Schwimmen (ca. 10 Minuten Gehzeit zum Badesee). Biker kommen auf unzähligen Mountain und Rennradstrecken auf ihre Kosten. 230 km Skipisten und drei Gondeln in nächster Nähe. Die Skibushaltestelle ist zu Fuß in wenige Minuten zu erreichen

B&B in austrian farmhouse for up to 10 persons

Our 100 years old farmhouse is situated 1000 meters above sea level, right in the middle in between Kitzbühel and Zell am See. It takes only five minutes to the ski area of Kitzbühel, in summer you can start hiking right in front o the house. A bus stopp is only several meters away. Our view is amazing: all the peaks of the "Hohe Tauern" are right in front of us. Our farm has a large garden. Singles, families with children, couples, groups - everyone is welcome!

Nach Renovierungsarbeiten verfügt das Gästehaus Huber über neue Badezimmer, Schlafzimmer und einem schnellen Wifi. Täglich bieten wir Ihnen bereits ab € 5.50 ein Frühstück um gestärkt in den Tag zu starten. In Nullkommanix sind Sie im Winter an der Panoramabahn Kitzbüheler Alpen oder der längsten beleuchteten Rodelbahn der Welt in Bramberg. Im Sommer ist das Gästehaus Huber ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Wander.- oder Fahrradtouren im Pinzgau.

Welcome! We are the Waltl family and our house was built in 2018. On the ground floor we rent two cozy double rooms with mountain views. The ski lift is 800 m away from us, and the cross-country skiing track is right next to the house (50 m). Our house is an ideal starting point for mountain excursions, cycling, skiing or leisurely walks in the fresh air. Enjoy our cozy room (19m2) with a wonderful view of the mountains of the Kitzbühel Alps.
