Villa Jelena is an indigenous coastal house, completely isolated on a property of 20,000 m2. It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.

HR Klenovica, još jedna kvarnerska destinacija, odnosno malo turističko mjesto podno Velebita. Udaljeno je oko 8 km južno od grada Novi Vinodolski, a 15 km svejerno nalazi se grad Senj. ENG Klenovica is a small tourist place located on the Kvarner bay coast, under Velebit mountain. The small fishing village is located about 8 km south of Novi Vinodolski and 15 km north of Senj, guarded from the open sea by the island Krk.

Unter dem Haupthaus ist das Familienrestaurant Filipo. Auf dem Weg zum Strand hat es eine Post, Mini Market, eine Bäckerei, mehrere Kaffeebars und Restaurants. Auf Anfrage bieten wir für bis 10 Personen einen Schlafplatz. Auf Anfrage wäre auch eine Jahresmiete möglch.

Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
