Avonlea Guest House is a charming self-catering unit nestled in the heart of beautiful Kloof near Durban, situated right next to Memorial Park. Avonlea is a newly renovated studio apartment, fully furnished and all appliances are brand new, which include a smart TV (full DSTV bouquet &Netflix), washing machine, iron, fridge, microwave, mini oven/stove, kettle, toaster and airconditioner. Inverter so there will be lights and TV during load shedding. It is suitable for a single person or a couple.

Enjoy the peaceful forest setting, far from it all yet close to great restaurants, markets, nature parks and malls. Safely positioned in the cul de sac with 24hour guards. 495m above Durban for cooler air, old treed properties and wonderful bird life. Nesting in the garden look out for Kingfisher and Black Collared Barbet families, with the evening songs of Owl and Nightjar. Kick back and relax or get some work done in a cozy, tiny home. Dedicated private work space with excellent WiFi.

MacLeod House Guest Cottage-Nature lovers' getaway

MacLeod House Guest Cottage is a self-contained stone cottage nestled on the edge of the Krantzkloof Nature Reserve. The open plan accommodation is decorated in an Edwardian style but with all the modern conveniences you might require. The cottage overlooks the magnificent Krantzkloof gorge. There is an abundance of bird life for birding enthusiasts and a tranquil setting in which to relax whilst enjoying the sound of the Nkonka Falls directly below the property. A 'must see' for nature lovers.

Upstairs on Impangele

Next to Makaranga (currently closed), the unit has 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The kitchen area has a table & chairs, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, induction cooker, air fryer & microwave. Stocked with tea, coffee & sugar. Each of the rooms have a king size bed which can be split into 2 singles, so can sleep 4 people. One of the bedrooms has an aircon & the other a fan and heater. Deck has a bistro table & chairs as well as a daybed for relaxing. Off street parking for 1 car.

Container Cottage

Come and experience the cute little 20ft shipping container that has been turned into a cozy stay for a single or couples. The functional kitchen with all the basic necessities will be all you need to create a romantic dinner, or even just a coffee for yourself - both of which can be enjoyed with a tree-top view from the deck. The shower is surprisingly spacious and the gas geyser ensures hot water always. This space aims to delight and invoke a sense of serenity as you focus on the basics.

Tamarind Self Catering Apartment

Beautifully furnished apartment, nestled in a well established indigenous garden, situated on the tree lined bank of a local stream, overlooking the Krantzkloof Nature Conservancy who's entrance is a mere 5 minute walk away and gives access to many amazing nature walks upon which you will see prolific bird life and sightings of zebra. Tennis Cottage - Surrounded by a verdant garden.

Based in central Hillcrest, the Tennis Court Cottage is a recently renovated, self catering garden cottage located on a well secured property within a lush, green garden. The space is a private and peaceful, equipped with all the amenities required by the business or leisure traveler. Self check in and out is quick and easy via a keypad at the main gate, a key box is located at the entrance to the unit. Due to its size the unit is ideally suited for short term stays.

The Kloof Cottage

The Kloof Cottage is a spacious garden cottage located in the leafy suburbs of (you guessed it) Kloof, KZN. The main space is open-plan and includes the lounge, kitchen, and reading nook (a personal fave, plus this can turn into a second bed!). In the bedroom, a king-size bed awaits you, along with an alcove that serves as a walk-in closet, and an en-suite shower and toilet. We love our cottage, and we think you will too!

Contemporary & Spacious Courtyard Unit

This beautifully decorated unit is modern, clean and spacious. It offers a separate bedroom en suite and dressing room. The lounge area opens out onto a private courtyard area with a peaceful outlook. There is a sleeper couch which could accommodate young children on request. The kitchenette has all the essentials and a table area for eating/workspace. There is secure parking for one car. Situated close to the M13 and shops.
