In dieser Ferienwohnung mit eigenem Eingang kann man sich rundum wohl fühlen. Alle Böden sind aus Naturholz, die Wände aus Lehmziegel, die Raumatmosphäre sehr angenehm. Auf dem Südwestbalkon hat man eine wunderbare Aussicht über das wild-gepflegte Grundstück, den Wald und das Damwildgehege des Nachbarn. Der Außenbereich und Sauna (kostenpf.) stehen zur Benutzung zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung liegt nur 4 km vom historischen Stadtkern Bad Münstereifel entfernt. Entspannung -Sport - Natur - Einkaufen

Genieße das originelle Flair im liebevoll restaurierten Fachwerkhaus. Tolle Lage mit Sonnenterrasse an der Ahrquelle, See und diversen Restaurants. Jakobsweg, Eifelsteig und Ahrradweg kreuzen hier. Sie haben den gesamten oberen Teil des Hauses für sich allein! Die Wohnung ist nicht abschließbar da Notausgang. Fast alle Gäste sind extrem zufrieden! Nicht gut geeignet für Allergiker, bei körperlichen Einschränkung und akustischer Sensibilität (Glocken). Wir freuen uns auf Ihren Besuch!

Euch erwartet ein gemütliches, ca. 25 qm großes Zimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer. Im Garten steht euch eine kleine Küche zur Verfügung. Mosel 15 km , Hängeseilbrücke Geierlay 20 km. Traumschleifen in unserer Gegend, z.B. in Dill der Elfenpfad 5 km oder die Altlayer Schweiz 5 km entfernt

You can't get closer to the Moselle! Renovated apartment in the heart of the Middle Moselle. On the large terrace, the Moselle is within arm's reach and thus almost unique. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, oven, and more. Private high-speed internet, a television with streaming services, are available. In addition to the shower, the bathroom also features a bathtub. You can enjoy the view of the Moselle from the box spring bed.

Ich biete unser kleines Gästezimmer an, das Zimmer selbst, ist schön hell und 2025 renoviert. Das Zimmer hat eine eigenes großes Bad mit Dusche, auch hier sind wir am Modernisieren, die Decke ist ohne Verkleidung. Ich biete es einfach mal für kleines Geld an, vielleicht freut sich jemand sich mit wenig Geld eine Auszeit gönnen zu können.

Unser 2022 renoviertes 50m² großes Apartment befindet sich im Ortsteil Eller direkt am Moselsteig und in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Calmont Klettersteig. Die Mosel ist fußläufig in ca. 5 Minuten erreichbar. Der Bahnhof befindet sich in ca. 400m Entfernung.
