This beautiful, high-quality holiday apartment has been available to our guests since July 2022. Whirlpool, fitness area, sun terrace and a wonderful view over the riding arena into the Münstermaifeld fields - your vacation here becomes paradise. A sauna can also be used for a fee. The 120 square meters are divided into two bedrooms with spacious beds (1.80 and 1.60), a dining area, open kitchen, bathroom, living room and a fitness corner with ergometer and weight bench. An additional sleeping option can be created, so that the apartment can also be rented for up to 6 people. A highlight of this atmospheric apartment is certainly the large whirlpool in one of the bedrooms. Every bedroom, living room and bathroom has a TV. Freuen Sie sich auf ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Babybett verfügbar. Das moderne, helle Bad hat eine Regendusche und Badewanne. Zum Relaxen gibt es ein separates Wohnzimmer. Die Küche mit Balkon, ist voll ausgestattet mit Backofen, Kühlschrank, Spül- und Kaffeemaschine uvm. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, Bahnhof, Innenstadt sind fußläufig erreichbar.

The flat is located in Eltville near the vineyards, in walking distance (20 min walking, 5 min by bike) to the river Rhein and the picturesque village. The flat has access to a spacious garden (a summer kitchen/ lounge area) as well as a patio at the entrance. Inside you will find a bedroom (1 single and 1 double bed) as well as a desk for remote working. The living room/kitchen has an additional sofa bed fo two people. We always loved to travel and enjoy hosting people from around the world.

Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Laacher See, Burg Elz, der Mosel sind nicht weit entfernt. Der Radweg Eifel/Mosel geht circa 3km. Haustiere und Rauchen sind bei uns nicht erlaubt! Das zentral und dennoch im ruhigen Stadtteil von Mayen gelegene Ferienhaus lädt zum Erholen, Wandern und Genießen ein. Paare, Geschäftsreisende genauso wie Familien, sind herzlich aufgehoben. Wundervolle Wander- und Radwege (Fahrradunterstand vorhanden) sind fußläufig gelegen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in 2 km, ebenso der Tollipark für Kinder.
