This is a place we dreamed for ourselves to relax, unwind, dream and cherish our coastal Konkan vacation. Nestled around coconut trees, chirpy birds, open to sky patio & deck area with peaceful surroundings in a prime residential area few mins away from the city center & around 8-10 mins from beach. Relax and rejuvenate in an open to sky, plunge swimming pool. We have 1 king size bed with Wakefit mattress and 1 sofa cum king size bed. Place is on the ground floor & easily accessible to all.

The entire resort is encircled by woodland and wildlife, making it isolated and intended only for those who love the outdoors. Treks, waterfalls, and dams offer stunning locations. 1873 Mulberry grove is a charming hill-view villa surrounded by dense evergreen forests integral to the Tamhini Wildlife Sanctuary. Away from the hustle of city life, soak into what nature has to offer you. A birders paradise, the forest is also home to several other animals such as the Gaur, Barking Deer, Monkey and Wild Hare - who occasionally stop by for food and water in the hills surrounding the property, thus making 1873 a one-of-a-kind place to visit.

This has been our family second home for over two decades and one we've watched come alive from nothing. Set in a rustic 5 acre farm with a rivulet that runs by the property (unfortunately only in the monsoon), Rashmi Farms is a great place to disconnect from the city (though we have wifi if you must work). You can enjoy walks around the farm and nearby villages, a dip in the pool, or just put up your feet with a book. All this just 2.5 hours drive from Mumbai.
