Distance from the capital Podgorica is only 28 km, 40-minute drive on a new paved road. The possibility of organizing car rental or transportation from and to the cottage, upon request. Das 300 Jahre alte Haus liegt in einem Dorf in der Nähe des Nationalparks Skutarisee, 15 km von der Hauptstadt Podgorica und 45 km von Budva entfernt. Das Haus ist umgeben von Weinbergen und Wiesen. Das Haus bietet bequem Platz für 4-5 Personen. Der Garten bietet viel Platz für Kinder zum Spielen, Fußballtore, etc. Die Verbindungstreppe zwischen den Stockwerken ist mit einer Kindersicherung ausgestattet. Es stehen neben dem Doppel- (160cm) noch zwei Ausziehbetten (140cm) zur Verfügung.
