Cottage by the Jizera river

Garden house of 50 m2 size in the Káraný recreation area, which is located 20 minutes (20 km) from Prague at the confluence of the Elbe and Jizera rivers. The house is located in a quiet street between the forest and the river on an 800 m2 area with a garden, fireplace, swing and trampoline for children. The grassy beach with the entrance to the river is 150 m from the house, and the forest is about 20 m away. There are many cycling routes around the lowland and sand pits suitable for swimming.

Private parking and lockable space for bicycles. Prague reachable by bus or car, 10 mins to metro, 45 mins to the Prague centre. Looking forward to meeting you!

Dům se nachází 100 metrů od řeky Labe na cyklostezce cca 4km od města Nymburk. Doubrava je malá vesnice. Asi 300 metru od domu se nachazi piskovna s moznosti koupani v ciste vode. V okoli do 15km se nachazi mesta Nymburk, Podebrady, Lysa nad Labem a Milovice. U mě si to zamilujete, protože dům je útulný a poskytuje klid a pohodu včetně velke zahrady. Pokud máte rádi cyklistiku, rybaření nebo kanoistiku, jste na dobré adrese. Mé ubytování je skvělé pro páry a rodiny (s dětmi).

Součástí je televize, rozkládací pohovka v obývacím pokoji, který je propojen s kuchyňskou linkou vybavenou vestavěnými elektrospotřebiči (vestavěná lednice, trouba, mikrovlnná trouba, myčka) včetně digestoře, manželské postele a šatní skříně v každé ze 2 ložnic. Z jedné ložnice a z obývacího pokoje je vstup do zahrádky s venkovním posezením. V koupelně je sprchový kout, záchod a pračka.

The nice simple appartment with separated entrance from a street - contents from main room, bathroom and hall. There is no kitchen, only kettle and mini fridge and some dishes for breakfast and snack. Appartment is opposite to the beautiful largest forest in the Prague. In front of the house is small zen-like garden and small zen-like garden is also on the opposite side.
