A beautiful and tranquil location close to pristine Dudley Beach and on the doorstep of Glenrock State Conservation Area. Fully self-contained downstairs private apartment. Open plan living flowing out to front verandah with ocean and heviews. Separate entrance leading from designated car space. Bedroom with queen size bed and spacious bathroom. Kitchenette with microwave, jug, toaster and full-size fridge. Short drive to Whitebridge and Charlestown shops, cafes, restaurants and variety stores.

The home enjoys a commanding position on the Lake. Private access to the water is via stairs to a kayak shed and deck at the waters edge (no access to neighbours jetties). Or relax on the rear deck of the house with stunning water views. A perfect getaway for family and friends within reach of cafes, restaurants, beaches and the Hunter Valley Vineyards. Enjoy fishing, kayaking or just unwind. NB: we only accept guests with 5 star reviews (esp House Rules). No 3rd party bookings or work crews.

Or bike riding some of the 20km of cycling track around the lake edges or even some dedicated mountain bike trails nearby. We have two mountain bikes available!

The Church is a very private 140 year old timber church with gothic windows and high ceilings set in its own lush native garden The living area is spacious with French Doors opening onto a large veranda under shady trees The bedroom is on a mezzanine level with a queen bed Bathroom is large with a long, deep cast iron bath. Pet friendly inside and out. 5 min walk to a nature reserve and Kotara rail station (Sydney line) 15-25 min to beach by car, bus or train very near (1-5 min walk)

It offers you three cozy bedrooms, two spacious bathrooms (pick between a bathtub and a rain shower), a fully equipped plywood kitchen with marble benchtops. Full of sunshine and art, it is a perfect vacation pad - wake up and watch rosellas play in the wonderful garden. We have picked the furniture with your comfort in mind and with a large gas BBQ and a spacious fridge and an amazing cozy deck you won't find a better location!

Five minute walk to New Lambton village shops with IGA supermarket, pub, great coffee shops/cafes, and restaurants. Ten minute walk to McDonald Jones sports precinct and hockey stadium.
