Accomodation is located at the back of the section. There is a security camera monitoring the front driveway and road. The room is very compact cosy and private in a garden setting with a courtyard. My guests so far have told me the bed is very comfortable. There is AC unit. There is a small step onto the unit veranda to access the room. I DONT allow children or pets to stay as there is no room, as well as safety concerns, the room and sectiois not child proof. I provide milk tea and coffee

A Cabin in the Country

Only a 10 minute drive from town & surrounded by nature with an evergreen subtropical outlook you won't want to leave this charming one of a kind place. With tui, kereru & Molly morepork at your doorstep relaxing on the deck is a beautiful experience. Cosy & comfortable with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. A light breakfast is provided. Noir Cottage, a peaceful Black Barn style retreat!

The Black Barn style petite Noir cottage is a one bedroom, self-contained space beautifully appointed in a gorgeous setting. Sunny, quiet and elevated with bush and sea views set on a 2 acre site. There are 11 kms of bush walking tracks to enjoy and a tennis court. The Bay View village is a 5 minute drive away which offers a Four Square, Fish& Chip shop, Pub, & Pharmacy. Biking tracks are close by. The airport is 7mins away. Close by are two great vineyards which do tastings and food.

Also the flat is reached by 30 steps down from the street. You are a short 10min walk from the cafes, restaurants & bars that Napier & Ahuriri have in abundance.

It's a 2 min drive to and from town (including a short stretch of gravel road), an hours drive to Lake Waikaremoana or 40 minutes to Mahia Beach for sun, surf and sand. A 7 minutes drive from airport , vibrant bars and restaurants in Ahuriri, and CBD. A shopping centre close at hand with laundromat, supermarket and fast food included.

Self contained studio, separate from the main house, on street parking. Great garden to relax in with your favorite beverage or book. Less than a 10 minute walk into town, 2 minute drive to the city centre for cafes, supermarket, restaurants, information centre. Two streets away from the beach and National aquarium, so very close to walk / cycleways along the beach front. Wifi available buy can be weak. I do have 2 cats, Happy & Spinkle.
