Kick back and relax at Mello House. This calming home is designed specifically for two people to enjoy a sense of seclusion in a private and inspiring landscape of olive trees whilst being close to surrounding villages and amenities. For guests who are feeling energetic, the pool has a powerful jet that creates a strong current to swim against. The pool can be heated upon request. There is a separate office connected to the house which can be used for remote working or as a peaceful yoga studio.

Minimalist Sanctuary with Valley and Sea View

Exactly like Le Corbusier's vision, this cabin is adapted in a scale of "Mediterranean balance", designed on the basis of the minimum possible dimensions and the maximum physical and spiritual comfort it could offer. The philosophy behind this project is to find yourself in a contemporary sanctuary, hidden from the world but close enough to all the beaches in the area, sit in the hot midday sun on the terrace in its quietness or maybe during the sunset, enjoying a glass of wine and a nice book.

KUMKA seafront suite

Η συγκεκριμένη μικρή σουίτα πλήρης ανακαινισμένη, βρίσκεται στον τρίτο όροφο ενός τριώροφου κτηρίου το οποίο απαρτίζεται από συνολικά τρείς σουίτες , μια στον κάθε όροφο. Το κτήριο βρίσκεται στο πιο κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης με πολλές επιλογές για φαγητό και ποτό ,ανεμπόδιστη θέα στην θάλασσα την οποία μπορείτε να απολαύσετε είτε από το άνετο μπαλκόνι μας είτε χαλαρώνοντας μέσα στο άνετο εξωτερικό τζακούζι . Το studio διαθέτει κρεβάτι διάστασης 160x200 Serta και μαξιλάρια αφρού μνήμης .

Η Casa Diosa βρίσκεται στους Άνυδρους Παλαιόχωρας 1600μ. από τη διάσημη παραλία Γιαλισκάρι και 150μ από το κέντρο του χωριού.Η απόσταση από την Παλαιόχωρα είναι 5χλμ. Βρίσκεται σε μια ήσυχη κατάφυτη περιοχή με κύρια χαρακτηριστικά την ήρεμη και φιλική ατμόσφαιρα σε ένα μοναδικό περιβάλλον. Το σπίτι απέχει έξι χλμ από την είσοδο του φαραγγιού Σαμαριάς, με πανοραμική θέα στο οροπέδιο του Ομαλού και στα Λευκά Όρη. Η κατοικία μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως έξι (6) άτομα. Το εμβαδόν της κατοικίας είναι 65τ.μ. σε 2,5 στρ οικόπεδο. Η τοποθεσία προσφέρεται για πεζοπορία, ποδηλασία και άλλες φυσιολατρικές δραστηριότητες.
