The newly renovated two-room apartment is located in the Alpenhotel Dachstein complex above the Alpine town Bad Goisern on Lake Hallstattsee in the beautiful Salzkammergut. Alpenhotel Dachstein is located just 12 km from the historic town of Hallstatt, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The neolithic region of Salzkammergut offers a wealth of opportunities for families such as winter sports, cycling trails winding over clear lakes and of course great cuisine. Try, for example, Hallstatt bacon:-)

Das neu ausgebaute Studio in unserem Bauernhaus bietet es alles für einen erholsamen Urlaub und ist modern ausgestattet mit allem was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Ein Frühstück im Picknickkorb ist auf Anfrage jederzeit möglich. Dafür kann man aus drei verschiedenen Varianten wählen. Ab Mai 2025 gibt es im Garten eine Sauna sowie ein Whirlpool mit wunderbaren Blick auf die Berge. Liegestühle und Sitzmöglichkeiten laden im Garten zum Verweilen ein.

Unsere charmante, neue Wohnung, befindet sich im Stadtteil Linz Urfahr in Ruhelage, nahe der Universität. Die 64m2 teilen sich in Vorzimmer, Schlafzimmer, erstklassiger Wohnküche mit Zugang zum großen Balkon, WC, Abstellraum und Badezimmer mit Badewanne auf. Ab Mittag genießen Sie die Sonne auf dem wunderschönen weitläufigen Balkon. Der Lift bringt unsere Gäste in den ersten Stock, in welchem sich unser liebevoll eingerichtetes Apartment befindet.

Tiny House - Mühlviertel

Lovely Tiny House surrounded by greenery - an oasis of peace! The extensively equipped accommodation is an ideal base camp for "expeditions" into the Mühlviertel and Linz region. This apartment is an ideal base for excursions by car, motorcycle, bicycle, mountain bike - close to Linz (20 min. by car). Fast WLAN, parking, private access, open fireplace outside and cozy pellet stove inside, the existing swimming pond can be shared.

The newly built house is located in a quiet location 20km outside of Linz. The best and easiest way to reach it is via the motorway A7 exit Engerwitzdorf or by train from the station Lungitz. You have the whole first floor to yourself: The bedroom is lockable. You have your own bathroom with a bathtub and your own living room with a desk and TV. You can also use the pool. Final cleaning for free.

Ein Pool steht zur Mitbenutzung nach Rücksprache zur Verfügung. Insgesamt bis zu 9 Schlafplätze. 6 Zimmer, Küche, Bad, Gäste-Wc.
