Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig, mit Liebe ausgesucht, alles ist möglichst ökologisch ohne Plastik, die Textilien aus Baumwolle. Unser Seelen-Platz ist für Ruhesuchende, Naturliebhaber, Wertschätzer. Das Gebiet ist eine "quiet Zone", es sind keine Parties oder laute Beschallungen erlaubt!

This unique place has a style of its own , the second floor of a newly built and fully furnished home with seperate entrance. Everything a person needs to have a relaxing holiday. The villa apartment is luxurious and cozy with two bedrooms, bathroom with bidet, kitchen and living room. You are offered a large terrace with private jacuzzi overlooking a newly constructed shared pool. Villa apartment guests are provided with towels, robes, slippers & shampoos. We also offer pool towels.

Underneath a beautiful mountain of Rumija, near the walls of old town of Bar, there is a place Turcini. In the perfect part of untouched nature, inspired by the spirit of old generations, we renovated a family house which is over 200 years old. On our property there is a waterfall, which has become the main attraction of our city. If you want to spend your vacation away from the city crowds, in contact with the beautiful nature, this could be the right place for you.

Beachfront Villa with Boat Tours

As you can see on photos, house is only few steps in front of the beach. 2 parking places are private for our guests. Check in time is flexible as per agreement with guests. Water in the house is not for drinking (technical water). Boat tours are available for our guests. Cost depends on the location of travel and is very reasonable, including berth and maintenance of the boat. There is also a possibility of renting boat, only for holders of Boat Driving License.

This facility is located 10 minutes walk from the seashore.It is ideal for vacation for up to 2-3 persons.The holiday house is located in Kruce between Bar and Ulcinj.Bar is 18 km away, Ulcinj 8 km, Podgorica airport is 62 km away, while Tivat airport is 76 km away.The accommodation includes a living room with dining room and kitchen a bathroom and 1 bedroom. As well as comfortable garden with barbecue and sea views for real relaxation and enjoying the sea magics.
