It consists of 2 connected stone houses with a roof terrace and cozy pool overlooking "carpets" of olive groves. Our villa is composed by noble and natural materials and offers an opportunity for detox from stress and the daily grind, as well as for connection with the Cretan countryside and culture. From the relaxing seating areas, verandas & the swimming pool, our guests can enjoy their privacy with views to the White Mountains, the village & the lush green cretan landscape.

Cretan Traditional Stone House of 1850 in the Nature and Flora of Chania

The house is located in a small traditional village which consists of two neighborhoods built on two elongated hills and separated by a ravine. At the bottom of the ravine is a very old stone fountain with trees. The houses are masterfully built of stone on the successive levels of the two hills thus providing a beautiful traditional settlement. The view to the opposite villages are impressive. The flora is especially rich in herbs and medicinal herbs such as oregano, thyme and labdanum.

Asteri cottage is an open plan, bijou and beautifully designed one bedroom cottage. Perfect for couples and honeymooners. The boutique style interior opens up to large terraces for dining and relaxation. The ensuite shower room leads out from the calming bedroom to the private plunge pool, which is 2m by 4m in size. The pool can be heated with prior request. The cottage nestles between mature olive trees in an acre of beautiful Cretan countryside and is secluded from the main house.

Traditional stone house

Renovated- traditional 100 year old stone house (74, 91 sq.m.) reminiscent of a shelter. Settled in a small village named Zourva, at an altitude of 650 m. in the heart of the White Mountains. There are two taverns in the village, and also two beautiful hiking paths for those who love hiking.
