Wenn du schon immer wissen wolltest, wie man früher im Zillertal gelebt hat, dann kannst du hier eine Idee davon bekommen: Vieles ist original, wir haben nur ein bisserl Komfort mit hinzugefügt, damit du z.B. auch ohne vorher anheizen zu müssen warm duschen kannst... ;-) In unserem Garten kannst du herrliche Sommertage verbringen, direkt im Ort einkaufen oder Essen gehen und die Skigebiete sind auch ganz nah...

Behagliches Haus mit Kamin und Garten

Das Häuschen liegt am Stadtrand von Kufstein am Inntalradweg, 100m enfernt von einer gemütlichen Jausenstation , 10min entfernt vom Kaiseraufstieg, dem Eingang ins Kaisergebirge, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Auf Wunsch können Touren angeboten werden. Die Stadt Kufstein (Bahnhof) und der Kaiserlift ist mit dem Rad bzw. per Stadtbus in 10 min erreichbar. Der große eingezäunte Garten lädt zum Spielen, Grillen und Relaxen ein. Die Küche mit Nespressomaschine ist neu und sehr gut ausgestattet.

But you still want to enjoy breakfast in peace and quiet. In the evening, when the sun is resting behind the mountain peaks and the moonlight is spreading, you can relax your muscles in the wellness area of the resort. Note: these are sample pictures.

Holiday House In The Mountains (Next To Gondola)

Our holiday house is located next to the Schatzbergs gondola. You can ski right outside the front door. View of surrounding mountains, located at the edge of the village. For Famlies and groups up to 8 people. We habe the Wildschönauer Card (for 2024 until 2025)! In summer the following activities are for free: use of gondola, swimming pool, tennis, guided hiking, children programs, museum of mountain farmer and more! Have a look at the internet!

Alpen Chalet mit Sauna und traumhaftem Bergblick

Das traumhaft schöne, luxuriös ausgestattete Chalet wurde 2017 im Tiroler Alpenstil mit viel Altholz erbaut. Das Haus liegt 10 Minuten von der Bergdoktor Praxis entfernt auf einem Hochplateau über dem Ort Ellmau mit einem einzigartigen Blick in den Wilden Kaiser. Im Winter bringt der Skibus (Haltestelle in 50m Entfernung) die Gäste in 5 Minuten zum Skigebiet Ellmau. Zurück geht's mit den Skiern bis zum Haus.
