Enklare Kök/pentry utrustat med kaffebryggare/kokare, micro och kyl/frys. Fräscht badrum utrustat med Japansk Toalett. I sovrummet finns en King size säng med plats för 2. Dream place by the lake

For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

Villan och dess omgivningar erbjuder utmärkta möjligheter för gemensamma aktiviteter, och i närområdet finns golf- och tennisbanor. Perfekt utgångspunkt för att upptäcka Halland och Västkusten, oavsett årstid!

Nybyggd stuga med bastu, badtunna och egen brygga

Mitt i naturen men bara 20 min från Göteborg hittar ni denna idyll. Här bor ni bekvämt i en nybyggd gäststuga med kamin, vedeldad bastu och badtunna. Runt hela huset går den stora altanen. Nedanför är en mysig stig (50 m) till den privata bryggan för ett morgondopp. Ta en tur med roddbåten och pröva fiskelyckan eller låna våra två SUPar. I direkt närhet finns vildmarken med gott om stigar, bl.a. Vildmarksleden, för vandring, löpning och mountainbike. Flygplats: 8 min Chalmers golfbana: 5 min

Inredningen är rustik och ibland använder vi huset som ateljé. Naturreservat, klippor och hav precis runt hörnet och även en mataffär och ett värdshus 5 min bort.
