Här kan ni sitta och studera naturen, skärgården, höra måsarnas skri till morgonkaffet och gå ner och ta ett morgondopp det första ni gör. Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. Bäddsoffa för 2 personer i vardagsrum och ett sovloft med 1 st 120 cm säng och 2 st 80 cm sängar I köket finns 2 kokplattor, kombiugn, diskmaskin och kyl. I badrummet finns dusch, toalett, tvättmaskin/tork kombinerad. Uteplats med 2 st bord med 8 st stolar. 1 st reserverad P-Plats, ca 8 meter.
