Happy Place

A large house (240 sq.m.) located 3 km from Kutaisi, 4 km from famous spa-resort Tskhaltubo with huge park and Soviet era sanatoriums, and 4 km from Sataplia Cave - Nature Reserve (famous for its dinosaur footprints). The property is nestled in a forested area, offering views of the snowy peaks of the Greater Caucasus Range on a clear day. It features a 700 sq. meter yard with a fenced fruit orchard.
