Panorama Wide Sea View

The 26th floor is the top one with direct, panoramic views of the sea. The building is located directly by the sea, 20 meters from the beach. Near the house there is the largest mall, as well as many restaurants, cafes, a water park and children's attractions.  Two-storey apartment with an area of 100 sq.m. with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dressing room. Heated floors throughout the entire area and air conditioning in each room separately.  The renovation was completed in June 2024.

Спокойное жилье для расслабленного семейного отдыха. Выход из отеля сразу к морю. Море самое чистое в окрестности Батуми. Пляж не перегружен людьми. 2 больших лифта в 12-этажном здании, ждать долго не приходится. По соседству проживает русскоязычный консультант-экскурсовод со своим автомобилем. Несколько кафе на пляже. Подскажем расположение семейного кафе в 100 метрах от отеля с вкуснейшей кухней. До крепости Гонио полчаса пешком, большая часть дороги - вдоль моря.
