The industrial apartment, built in 1908, is located in the historic old town of Tbilisi, just a ten-minute stroll from Freedom Square. About a 10-minute-walk to both central Metro stations-Liberty square and Rustaveli. Bus stop, Opera house, Rustaveli theater, Georgian national museum, Galleria Tbilisi - a big mall with cafes, restaurants, markets, shops and many more are in a walking distance.
