A 3 minute golf cart drive away from our three gorgeous beach's with tennis, squash, swimming pools and slides for the children being just a few of the activities available. Fishing, river rowing, surfing ,lagoon walk are further activities to add to the abundance that Princes Grant has to offer.

A lovely thatched two bedroom cottage in a tranquil one and a half acre garden in Salt Rock. Beautifully furnished with a modern fully equipped kitchen. SMEG oven, washer/tumble dryer, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Walk out the sitting room onto a lovely patio which is situated on the steps of a large pool. Only 2kms to the beach and very close to Sage, Litchi Orchard and Tiffany's Shopping Centre and the new Salt Rock City. Children love running around the large garden and of course the pool.

The beach is a 4 minute walk from the house.

The top floor is spacious and fresh with beautiful Sea Views.There is a double garage and guest loo on the top floor. The Villa is fully air-conditioned . The second and bottom floor are where all the spacious bedrooms and bathrooms are .All 3 bathrooms have baths and showers. Each level has there own veranda. It is in a safe and secure complex with 24hr guard patrol and has private access to the beach as well as a pool which is discreetly in front of our villa for the complex to use .

"Cozy" hardly describes the eclectic ambience of this stunning apartment positioned right on the beach, the warm homely character of this little gem just shines through, truly the best seats in the house to watch the dolphins and whales frolic in the sea and surf below. Sea la Vie

Beautiful self contained studio cottage with stunning sea views and direct beach access. The unit is totally separate from the main house with its own entrance. There are 3 separate cottages located on this property - Sea le Vie, SeaScape and Seas The Day Guests also have full access to the splash pool located next to the units. UNFORTUNATELY THIS UNIT DOES NOT TAKE CHILDREN. Parking is in a designated parking bay on the private road. There is security cameras on site.

Beautiful Californian style beach house over looking the Indian Ocean. Watch the dolphins play every morning from the comfort of the house or pool area or take a 5 minute walk down the private beach path leading you to a secluded quiet beach if you fancy a swim or relax on the beach. The main en-suite bedroom is on the upper level, two bedrooms on the lower level and two more on the mezzanine level. Perfect for families or friends looking for a relaxing holiday getaway.

Hideaway in Ballito

Set in Simbithi, a secure eco-estate, wake up and see the sea, go to sleep hearing the waves in the distance. The unit has its own entrance and is private. I can also add an extra room and bathroom right next door. The Hideaway has a king-size bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a lounge/dining area with a small kitchenette to prepare simple meals or heat up snacks. It is a special space to relax and unwind. Please note there are natural rock stairs to the unit.
