A cozy, small, comfortable two-level loft studio is situated on the 4th floor of a historic building that was built in 1917, that is located in the center of Kyiv near the Opera House and Khreshchatyk Street. “University” metro station is nearby within a 5 minute walk.This flat is a part of a small apart-hotel for 6 rooms. There is a king size bed inside the apartment and high-quality mattresses on the mezzanine. The studio has its own small kitchen and its own bathroom with everything you need.

Розташована біля метро Либідська, поруч ТЦ Океан Плаза. Супермаркет Фуршет в 50-ти метрах від будинку. У дворі є паркувальні місця для автомобіля. Посуд, необхідні меблі, постіль, рушники все є. У квартирі курити не можна це мансарда і відсутні звичні вікна.

It was renovated in 2021 and it is spasious and comfortable. It is suitable for 2 people but up to 4 can sleep in it. It is ideal for young adventurers and couples. The view of Kiev from the balcony is amazing!
