One of the best situated 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, apartments offering a bright and furnished, spacious 29m2 covered terrace offering stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea, Calanova Golf course, gardens and mountains. Features include solid laminate wood floors, fully fitted kitchen with appliances and ample terrace overlooking the central pool. The airy lounge features a large comfortable chaise-lounge sofa, and a large flat screen smart LED TV for your comfort, plus fast speed unlimited Fibre Optic WiFi Internet, which is accessible throughout the apartment, and with direct ethernet hard wired connections as required. The room has a fully fitted kitchen with all appliances, including washing machine & dishwasher, and is also fully equipped. You'll find the spacious master bedroom supplied with a comfortable King size double bed, ensuring a good night sleep, plus benefitting from a dressing table area with stool. The master bedroom offers direct access to both the large terrace and the en-suite bathroom. The bathroom features a full sized bath with shower & sliding glass shower screens, toilet and bidet, along with marble inset sink area and a large mirror. The terrace features an outdoor relax chill-out area with comfortable arm chairs & a coffee table, plus an outdoor dining area with a large table and bench plus chairs in order to offer outdoor dining & working options. The covered terrace offers shade and protection from the elements. Also supplied is a private garage parking space, which directly connects with the room by means of both a serviced lift and a manual 1-flight staircase. In the scenario where somebody with a disability wishes to stay at the room then they will have no issues by using the lift, and making use of the stepless single-level room. Please note that this apartment has been setup for a couple or professional people to enjoy tranquility and relaxation. Guests will have access of the entire apartment, selection of 3 swimming pools, plus complimentary access to the SPA & gym area (consisting of a sauna & jacuzzi, plus fully equipped TechnoGym gymnasium and showers), access to the local sauna, and also the chill-out sun deck sunbathing & jacuzzi area. Please note that we allow late arrivals after 8pm during the week, and also weekend arrivals for a small surcharge. We charge a standard meet and greet fee of 25.00€ at the handing of the keys for all arrivals between 8pm & 11pm and during the weekend. Arrivals between 8pm & 11pm during the weekend will be charged 40.00€, paid locally on arrival. For night arrivals between 11pm & 3am, please consult us first. Strictly NO smoking and NO pets allowed. Please note that this apartment isn’t adapted for wheelchairs, and you can’t access the bathrooms with a wheelchair. Unlimited FREE Fibre Optic WiFi is included in the rental price.

Savanna Beach Amazing apartment with jacuzzi

Decorado en un estilo boho, natural y étnico. La iluminación por la noche es muy acogedora y romántica y las vistas son increíbles. Las cristaleras del salón se deslizan una sobre la otra y el balcón queda completamente abierto al mar. En la zona de la terraza hay una gran cama balinesa (180x180), un Jacuzzi climatizado con iluminación nocturna y una zona de asientos para poder relajarte leyendo un libro o tomando un cóctel. El apartamento dispone de dos habitaciones con vistas al mar. Una de ellas está completamente acristalada creando así un espacio amplio y luminoso. Tanto las cristaleras del salón como las de las dos habitaciones disponen de estores opacos automáticos para así crear privacidad entre una zona y otra a la hora de dormir. Las dos camas de las habitaciones son de 150x190 con buenos colchones firmes y espuma viscolástica. Cada cama dispone de dos almohadas viscolásticas y dos normales. El apartamento cuenta con dos baños completos, uno de ellos en suite. Las duchas son a ras de suelo y el agua cae desde el techo a modo de lluvia. Los lavabos son de piedra natural. Hay una zona de pufs ideal para relajarte viendo la Smart TV con Netflix. Podrás ver todos los canales de televisión de tu país. También puedes sacar la TV de la pared y girarla para verla desde el sofá. El sofá de lino natural blanco se convierte en una gran cama con medidas de 160x200. La wifi es de alta velocidad. La climatización es por Airzone pudiendo controlar así la temperatura ideal en cada zona del apartamento. La cocina de diseño está equipada con electrodomésticos de alta gama y puedes cocinar cualquier plato en ella. Dispone de horno, microondas, nevera, congelador, lavavajillas, placa de inducción, lavadora/secadora, tostadora, cafetera Nespresso, hervidor de agua, batidora, exprimidor, etc. Ideal para familias, parejas y viajeros que buscan disfrutar de la playa, la gastronomía y el estilo de vida mediterráneo.
