Le gîte familial indépendant de 70 m² (idéal pour une famille / couple avec enfants) est entièrement équipé, dispose de 2 chambres doubles, d’une salle de bain et d’une cuisine ouverte sur une grande pièce de vie lumineuse. Vous profitez librement du parc, de l’étang et de l’espace piscine situé à l’orée du bois (piscine de Juin à Septembre).

Vous vous ferez réveiller par les chants des oiseaux tout en étant proche de la N10 (1 mn en voiture) et à 3 mn du centre ville (en voiture) ou 5 mn en bus. Proche de tout commerce (supérette, boulangerie, tabac et pharmacie).

We welcome you to our "Maison du Gardien" ( The Caretaker’s House) a 19th Century distiller's house which has been lovingly renovated to create a place of contemporary design, contemplation and relaxation. Located next to our own home you can enjoy an evening meal on your own private terrace but also get the use of our pool, gym, bikes and parking on our gated property. The two bedroom house is light and airy with beautiful views over our garden which reaches down to the river Charente.

Our mill is on the outskirts of the village of Champagne et Fontaine, in the Southwest of France. The Moulin La Vergne is a newly renovated 18th century water mill located on the river Lizonne. The room is a private flat with all essential amenities and a homely feel, with a private terrace overlooking the historical water run which flows through and around the building. Our location is quiet and rural, offering a peaceful and tranquil opportunity to recharge batteries and unwind.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.
