En la casa también hay folletos con todas las actividades deportivas y culturales. Dénia está declarada ciudad creativa de la gastronomía por la Unesco.

Brand new stylish renovated villa in Denia!

Located with the montgó mountain directly behind the house, the house offers a great mix between adventurous hiking/walking paths or mountain biking possibilities or just relax and chill by your private pool with a lot of privacy. Within less then 12 minutes by car/scooter you will be in the city center of Denia which offers great shops/restaurants and many nice bars for fun outside the villa aswell. Terraza y jardín, y vecindario muy silencioso. Acceso a las piscinas comunitarias que están abiertas todo el año y a 5 minutos del restaurante, farmacia. Ses intérieurs composés de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain, cuisine et salon-salle à manger sont distribués sur une surface de 120m². L’une des chambres dispose d’un accés indépendant. Deux terrasses orientées différemment vous permettront de choisir vos lieux préferés pour vos repas.
