Washer/dryer, central heat and air, and parking in the driveway, shared only with the owner, who resides in the lower half of the home. 10 minutes to restaurants and shops in Smyrna, 25 minutes to downtown Nashville, 25 minutes to Franklin

Our Retreat guest house is totally separate & private from our home, though on the same property.We are 35 min to Nashville.Our amazing 1000 sq ft deck (mostly covered) w/ceiling fans overlooks the river -which our yard backs up to.On the deck is a fireplace, child’s swings & sandbox.Our suite is furnished w/a queen size bed, a window seat, a kitchenette, & a small eating area.There is a cozy 2nd bdrm w/a queen size bed, small closet & chair.We also have a 120" screen for amazing movie watching.
