The Lemon Tree House | Mediterranean garden

Beautiful chalet with a Mediterranean garden and a small pool, ideal for couples or families, equipped with everything you need to spend an incredible holiday in one of the most exclusive areas of the Marina Alta. The property is located in the urbanization La Sella, the environment is perfect to relax and disconnect. The location is very quiet but at the same time it is very close to Denia and Jávea which have incredible beaches, parks, countless restaurants and a lot of leisure activities.

Located with the montgó mountain directly behind the house, the house offers a great mix between adventurous hiking/walking paths or mountain biking possibilities or just relax and chill by your private pool with a lot of privacy. Within less then 12 minutes by car/scooter you will be in the city center of Denia which offers great shops/restaurants and many nice bars for fun outside the villa aswell. Villa située à la limite du parc naturel du Montgo de Dénia. Vous pourrez profiter de sa piscine, de sa cuisine d’été et de son jardin dans un environnement très calme à l’abri des regards. La casita (construida entre 1910- 1920) es una de las pocas construcciones de estilo mediterráneo tradicional de la zona que se ha conservado y no se ha derruido con el fin de construir bloques de apartamentos. El espíritu de la casa es humilde y sencillo aunque, desde el primer momento en que cruzas la verja de entrada, te invade su esencia acogedora y única. Este carácter tan singular se aprecia en cada detalle que te rodea y en cada rincón de la casa.
