Quiet Redwood Sanctuary, Walk to BART/Downtown

Welcome to our quiet, modern guest house nestled right among the redwoods. While you'll feel completely secluded here, you are actually just a short, 5 min walk to the Lafayette BART station and our downtown shops. Outside, the private patio's propane firepit and string lights create a relaxing ambiance. Inside features upscale comfort: 2 king beds, 65” Smart TV, W/D, plus two parking spaces. Ideal for a quiet, restorative getaway. STRICT NO SMOKING POLICY INDOORS OR ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY.

LAFAYETTE STAND-ALONE COTTAGE HIDEAWAY

This is a charming stand alone cottage next to the main house with its own private entrance. You'll have access to an acre of garden which you are welcome to relax in. It has a full size fridge with a stackable washer dryer The property is 11 minutes from the Lafayette BART and 7 minutes from Walnut Creek town center by car. Briones Wildlife Park is less than a mile away. We have 4 cats and two small dogs. Pets are welcome but we ask for large dogs to be on leash. TESLA charging available.

Sweet Suite!

Our typical guest has grandkids or children that live in our area, is in town for work or is traveling from just about anywhere in the world. Guests have said they like being close to SF at a very reasonable price. We're a family home so you can hear our family when we are in the kitchen. The Sweet Suite is behind our kitchen. Our kids have grown up doing Airbnb so they work to be as quiet as they can when guests are in the Sweet Suite. There is no doubt you will hear us at some point.

Cozy contemporary cottage in downtown Lafayette. Within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and BART. Located on a quiet private road with onsite parking. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cookware, spices, oils, coffee and tea. Perfectly situated and close to all that the Bay Area has to offer. Nearby hiking and biking trails allow guests to enjoy the outdoors. Fishing and boat rentals at the Lafayette Reservoir are other activities within a short distance from the cottage.

Our private 2 bedroom suite with amazing views of Mt. Diablo is located in a suburb of San Francisco and Berkeley called Lafayette in the East Bay. We neighbor Walnut Creek and are close to Hwys. 24/680. We are a 5-8 minute drive to the Lafayette BART station. San Francisco is a 25 minute train ride and when there is no traffic a quick 30 minute drive to downtown SF (with traffic add another 15-20 minutes). CAL or St. Mary's College bound? We are about 15-20 minutes away.
