Steps to the beach! Whether you're planning a family holiday, a relaxing retreat, short-term rental or a trip for the adults, it's the perfect destination! The home comfortably sleeps 8, has 3 bedrooms, an upper loft with two pullouts, 2 full baths and every amenity you could hope for!! An open concept layout, full service kitchen, gas fireplace, plenty of outdoor space, lots of entertainment & a hot tub! We supply everything and we look forward to hosting you and your group! Port Bruce main floor /shared outside areas

Nestled between two other ports, Pt Bruce boasts great perch fishing. Just a 2 minute drive to the pier and beach, or a leisurely 15-20 minute walk. It's an 18 minute drive to the Police College, 15 minutes to Pt. Burwell or Pt. Stanley. Guests occupy entire main floor with full kitchen, living room, private entrance, huge deck. Access to hot tub. Hosts occupy basement floor with a barrier between floors that may allow some sound to travel. Absolutely NO marijuana smoking on the property.

Perfect place to stay for a couples get away, working remote, or working in the Monroe area. Cozy! Private! Romantic! Perfect for the fisherman as well.
