Quaint island chalet offers a comfortable and pleasant place to relax after exploring the island. The Chalet includes the lower unit for 4 people with standard rental, with the option to upgrade to full upper and lower units for $25 per person/per day (2 addional people max) Upper unit has an additional kitchen, livingroom, bathroom and sleeping area. You will find trails to walk, beaches to stroll and sunsets/sunrises to marvel over. Everything the island has to offer within a short distance.

Island Above The Falls Chalet-Three Sisters Suite

This beautiful home is nestled in a quiet cul de sac just 10 minutes from Niagara Falls and 20 minutes from Buffalo. The Three Sisters Suite includes 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Bedroom #1 has a king bed, large closet with a desk, kids play area and attached bathroom. Bedroom 2 sleeps 4 comfortably with a twin bunk bed and 2 twin beds. You'll also enjoy full access to the kitchen, dining room, living room and large backyard where you can enjoy a relaxing fire after a full day of activities.

On Sunny and rainy days alike- sip a fresh cup of coffee on the spacious front porch. An attached 3 car garage and driveway allows for ample parking.

The Chalet

The Chalet is a historic mansion built in 1915. It is located on a 100 Acre Private Estate surrounded by wooded areas with walking and hiking trails. We wanted to offer our home as a place where groups of all kinds could recharge, relax and renew. Amenities: 70 " HD TV, Slate Pool Table, Shuffle Board, Pop a Shot Basket Ball, Air Hockey table, indoor putting green, Wi-Fi access, Wet Bar and Outdoor BBQ area available in season.
