We've recently renovated our basement to create a stylish, modern, cozy and quiet guest suite. There is a side entrance that opens directly onto stairs taking you down to the unit. It has a locking metal exterior door for sound-proofing and security. The unit is a bright studio apartment with three large windows, a full kitchen, sitting area with tv and fireplace, dining table, queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and your own private bathroom with a five-foot shower. With extensive sound-proofing!

Lakeshore Hidden Oasis (heated pool / jacuzzi)

Walk to some of Cleveland’s favorite restaurants in this centrally-located studio. Located on a quiet block in Tremont, you can relax in peace and comfort after exploring the city, hiking in the Metroparks, or spending time at Lake Erie (10-15 minute drive). The studio is located close to downtown, within a 15 minute drive of Cleveland Clinic/University Hospital and less than 10 minutes from Metro Hospital. This studio is located on the lower level of our home with a private entrance.

Due to Covid-19 I have extended the minimum stay to 3 nights and time between check-out and check-in to 24 hours to ensure proper disinfection. I have added an air purifier that recycles the air every 3 hours. Cozy, clean and comfortable open concept suite located on the beautiful shores of Lake Erie just one mile from downtown Kingsville where you will find excellent restaurants and eclectic shopping. The suite has its own entrance so that you have complete privacy during your stay.

It's close to Downtown Cleveland, West Side Market, Cleveland Clinic, the airport, and within walking distance of many pubs, award-winning restaurants, and coffee shops. Includes off-street parking.

You’ll love this newly remodeled third floor suite in our large century home located near Coventry Village/University Circle/Cleveland Clinic. The private suite with separate entrance and stairs has an air conditioned large bedroom with a firm queen bed, a sunny sitting room with a futon and a bathroom (shower) finished in Victorian ornate wood trim! Off street parking is in the rear. Our place is great for couples or business travelers, and the futon can sleep a child or adult.

Beautiful apartment on lake erie. The entrance is on the south side, but your trip to the lake at the back of the house is only feet away. Absolutely gorgeous views and the deck is for you and those traveling with you to enjoy - possibly sharing with the owners, Carol and Randy, who love sitting on the deck also! There is a fire pit to help out on cool evenings but remember, it is lake erie, so sweatshirts and jackets are always helpful to have around for chilly evenings.
