All New Windows, Hickory hardwood floors, shower, electric flat-top oven, retro-Fridge, retro-Microwave/Toaster, Keurig, "Casper Dream Max" King-size mattress, Twin sofa-bed, BBQ grill (propane provided), and fire pit with wood provided. There is kayak rental place with in walking distance. Check in is 3pm & Checkout time is 11am. Minimum 3 night stay on holiday weekends. We allow 4 people maximum at all times, no kids under 12, no tents. No Wifi. Bicycles available upon request
