Quiet, Cozy Guesthouse with privacy

Whether you are traveling alone, as a couple or even as a family our peaceful guest house is ready for your stay. The house, located in the backyard of our main residence, is approx 600 sqft with a bedroom, living room and a full kitchen with a small fridge. The area is fully fenced in for privacy along with a patio and furniture. We are less than 10 minutes from SH 288, 45 min from the beaches, 30 min from Texas Medical Center, 15 min from Pearland Town Center, 20 min from SkyDive Spaceland.

Dog Friendly Beautiful Seawall Blvd Guest Suite(C)

Private and quiet self contained hotel style Suite located at the rear of the building including deck space with the gulf right across the street (not visible from the suite). Located in the heart of the seawall entertainment district, you’re walking distance to bars, restaurants and shopping. This space is ideal for a couple but can accommodate up to 4. 1 dog under 45 lbs allowed with pre-approval & the dog takes the place of a person. Fully furnished efficiency suite located 10 minutes from Surfside Beach and 5 minutes away from the industrial plants in Freeport. This studio apartment includes an updated shower, kitchen, tile flooring, high speed wifi and a smart tv with free YouTube tv. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, coffee bar, dishes and basic cooking utensils.
