One of the most beautiful views in the whole valley, very close to rivers, streams, waterfalls, fishing, hiking, state parks, and more. Located in a private, quiet country neighborhood with little traffic. This 530 Sq. Ft. studio apartment has an additional 10 Ft. x 20 Ft. deck/balcony out front overlooking the Celo Valley with a spectacular view of the Celo and Black Mountain ranges (see photos). This apt. has its own private entrance. Sorry, we must maintain a no pet policy, no exceptions.

Find a refuge in the heart of NC at this cozy haven at the base of Rainbow Mountain. Nestled at the end of a gravel street right next to our residential home, our cottage offers a secluded space for rest and relaxation while remaining a mere stone's throw away from the attractions of Black Mountain. Snuggle up with some tea during brisk weather, or enjoy a morning coffee on the porch while the sun is shining. You can expect occasional visits from ducks, rabbits, deer, and bears. Come and rest.

Blue Ridge Mountain Parkway Cottage *Pet Friendly*

*PET FRIENDLY* Enjoy the central location of the Blue Ridge Mountain Parkway Cottage. Located only 2 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, you can enjoy a fun filled family day exploring the beautiful scenery and trails. Check out shops and restaurants in the quaint town of Banner Elk within a 15 minute drive. The Cottage is self check in, pet friendly, and fully equipped with all of your basic needs, including Wi-Fi and a Roku TV. Early 2 PM check-in for $25 if available—request in advance!

Enjoy the evenings on the patio or around the fire pit, BBQ & picnic table. 5 mins away from Mimosa landing for boat launch.

Waterfall Cottage

Built in 2010, Waterfall Cottage provides a romantic, comfortable, rustic retreat space in the woods perched just above a magical flowing mountain stream. Both downtown Asheville and the charming town of Black Mountain are only a 10 to 15 minute drive away. Note: While Swannanoa was hit hard by Hurricane Helene, both our property and our woodsy neighborhood community were not severely damaged.
