We are located 40 miles from the Asheville airport; a short drive to the ski resort, the Blue Ridge Parkway, Harrah's Casino and Biltmore Estate. Hiking, biking and tubing are nearby. Relax on the two porches or grill out near the fire pit. Spacious kitchen for family meals; bathrooms on both levels and several gathering areas. Cozy up to the gas fireplace (seasonal) or enjoy a puzzle in the nook. Easy access, 14-50 EV plug.

The Water Wheel is our place to unplug and detox from the hustle and bustle of life. When we are not here enjoying this space we want to share it with you. Imagine yourself lounging by our fire pit with a local brew or taking in the mountain views from the hot tub then creating an amazing meal. Detox in our cedar sauna after a long hike. Or if you are exploring the area then it is the perfect home base for adventures in the mountains or to Asheville for breweries, dining or shopping.

This cabin was constructed by hand in 2019 and is designed with both style and calm in mind. It is a perfect place for artists and writers to find inspiration or for guests who want to connect to nature by simply waking up with the trees. The cabin partly functions as an informal artist residency space for our friends and comrades and guest who stay will find it more as a home environment instead of a hotel. Come expecting simplicity and refreshing stay in the wooded landscape of WNC.
