We are easy walking distance to downtown + the 8th St. Farmers Market on Saturdays.

Welcome to The Loon's Nest. A completely renovated bungalow w/50' of private frontage on Lake Wabasis. The double-lot property provides expansive views of the lake (in front) and private pond (out back). There's also a backyard bunkhouse. The Loon's Nest is very dog-welcoming. The yards are not fenced, but we provide ground stakes & cables. Additionally, guests enjoy the FREE & exclusive use of a pontoon boat, 2 kayaks and private dock from early May through late October (weather permitting).

Enjoy Lake MIchigan sunsets from the concrete stamped patio and relax under the stars in the privacy of the hot tub. Lakeshore Haven - Near beaches, biking & bonfires

Our cozy, yet spacious cottage has everything for a relaxing getaway - lots of individual areas to retreat to and loads of lounging/seating space for groups to connect inside and out. There are board games, three large TVs with Netflix and cable, a firepit, grill, fully stocked kitchen, etc. Outdoor activities nearby: mountain biking, road biking, running on paved paths directly in front of the house, hiking and more!. This house is 3k sq ft (we host a 4k sq ft. space nearby, "Haven Woods").

Spring Lake Studio

The Spring Lake Studio rental is a cozy welcoming space designed to provide comfort and convenience to your Lakeshore stay! A “studio” is an apartment consisting of a single large room serving as bedroom, living room, and kitchenette with a private bathroom and entrance. Great for couples, solo travelers, or small families. Trundle beds make it easy to sleep up to 4 guests. Easy access to the highway, bike trail, and all city ammenities. Grand Haven beach is less than 4 miles away.

Nestled in a quiet cove on a large lake, this waterfront cottage has 66' of shoreline with private beach; an elevated front deck plus side patio; and a stone bonfire pit & gas BBQ grill. Swan Cottage is very dog-welcoming. The yard is not fenced, however we provide ground stakes & cable ties. Our cozy 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath luxury rustic cabin features all the comforts of home and more. Fully furnished for your comfort with towels, linens and other necessities. This cabin sleeps 8 comfortably. A heated pool and lake access are available from Memorial Day to mid September. Full-size washer & dryer in the cabin for your convenience. For larger groups, ask about availability to also rent one of our affiliated cabins nearby.
