Our beautiful French style apartment is on the second story or our home. It has two bedrooms - if you need to use 2 bedrooms please let me know as there is an added charge. Thank you. It is a sunny, spacious and comfortable apartment.. Access is private and you have sole use. Situated near Hunter Valley with its many wineries and the Hunter Gardens, Blackbutt Reserve, Watagan Mountains, Central Coast, Lake Macquarie, and Avondale University (all within a 3 to 40 minute drive). No cleaning fee.

This is a beautiful little self contained bungalow located at the back of my house. You will have everything you need for a comfortable and unique stay in this (EXTREMELY!) light-filled space. All the windows are leadlight and the soaring window at the front (from a 100 year old church in the Hunter Valley) adds to the distinctive charm. You will have your own access. You can park in the driveway or on the street (unrestricted on weekends and after hours. Otherwise its a 2hr limit from 9am-5pm)

Warner’s Bay Private Studio

Fully self contained studio with private entrance. Suitable for couples, solo or business travellers. The studio is 15 minutes walk to the lake and pedestrian cycleway. Coles shopping centre, boutiques, banks, post office, newsagent, restaurants, cafes, takeaways, hotel and bowling club are nearby.
