Order our delicious DIY pancake breakfast featuring homemade maple syrup, our organic eggs and pancake batter.

The Yurt at Hill Valley Farm

The custom constructed yurt is hidden away in the back field of a working farm, with a beautiful backdrop of the famed Horton Creek countryside. This unique structure is equipped with only the essentials so you can escape the "real world" for a while. Relax in a hammock under the shade of the Red Pines. Enjoy the solitude by your scenic private fire pit while you watch the Northern Michigan sunset. Sleep in a queen size bed constructed from reclaimed lumber or use additional space for camping.

Accommodations include a comfortable queen bed plus a full-size futon which can be used for 2 additional sleepers. Close to all the major attractions and 5 minutes from downtown St. Ignace. A small park with huge hearts, we have friendly staff, views of beautiful Lake Michigan with lake access, and a quiet atmosphere after hours.

A winding two-track through the woods delivers you to our cozy 200sq ft yurt located on 10 acres outside of quaint Alden, MI. 5 minute drive to Torch. 15 min. to Bellaire/Short’s! Turn on your favorite camp tunes, unplug, read, make art with the yurt art supplies, do a puzzle, bask on the porch, lounge in the hammocks,cook dinner over the fire, head to Alden for breakfast at the Muffin Tin, take a dip in Torch…we’ll tell you a great spot to jump in! Bunk bed is full size lower, twin upper.

The Earthwork Yurt

A beautiful 20’ off-grid Yurt on the edge of the woods and the meadow up on the North side of Earthwork Farm, home of the Earthwork Harvest Gathering. Goal Zero solar system, frost-free water spigot, wood stove, tile hearth, two futon beds, couch, vintage chair, desk, shelves, solar lights. Provided by our good friends at Great Lakes Yurt Company, with flooring and outhouse milled and built on site. Rustic and charming. Get away from it all when you stay under the stars.

Stay in a YURT on An Equine Rescue Ranch

The yurt is located on a 30 Acre Equine Rescue ranch. It is a 4 season 20ft yurt in the middle of the ranch with a beautiful view of Mustangs (American Legends). All proceeds from rental will go back to the rescue. There is electric, an outhouse a short walk away, a cold water spigot close by. Minutes away from Pleasant Lake for swimming, a local winery & 38 minutes from Ann Arbor. We offer tours and chances to interact with equines, including American Mustangs!

Whether you want to camp, boat, kayak, hike, go to the beach, shop, go on a wine tour, hunt, fish, ride the trails, golf, ski, sled, or snowmobile this is the perfect location.

Private Luxury Yurt 20 Wooded Acres Pet-Friendly

Private, luxury, secluded, spacious yurt on 20 private acres to explore near Baldwin & the Pere Marquette River. Features 2 bedrooms separated by curtains, full kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee maker. 3-foot dome for star gazing, heated private bathhouse with shower, sink and toilet. Sleep in the beauty of nature while enjoying the comfort of modern amenities. Situated in Tiki RV Park & Campground, this yurt is as serene as it gets. Located in a separate part of the park for privacy, a short walk to the 2 private restrooms and showers reserved for our yurt guests only is required. We are conveniently located near downtown St Ignace, giving guests local access to the city and everything it has to offer while feeling miles away.
