Updated kitchen, with new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and new HVAC system Use the 2 Kayaks, fish off the pier or play in the lake! What an excellent experience since Feb 2017, over 360, 5*star reviews through 2024. Private cozy lake home with indoor pool!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Secluded home yet close to town. Nestled in a quiet cove right off the main channel on Lake Hickory. It has a heated indoor pool so even in the winter time you can enjoy the water with view of the lake. There is a dock as well. So if you happen to want to enjoy the lake, you can. The house has its own boat ramp so if you want to bring your own boat you can. If not there are places to rent them from. Hope you come and enjoy our piece of paradise.

Newly renovated home with luxury amenities located in the center of Troutman but secluded in woods. House has been fully renovated w/ new flooring, cabinets, beds & more. We pride ourselves in using very comfortable beds, pillows, sheets & towels. We stock home w/ as many luxuries as possible to blow away any hotel. 2 Roku TV's, 6 beds (2 queen & 4 twin beds) that sleep 8. Washer/Dryer, fully stocked kitchen (full size fridge) 200 mb internet. Small stocked pond next door available for fishing!
