This eclectic three-story log home is on the edge of Lake City. It offers stunning mountain views. This colorful house can sleep up to 8 people. The house has stairs including a tight, narrow spiral staircase to the basement. It has an open-floor plan upstairs with a king bed & a full bathroom. There are bunks beds in the basement along with only one TV. This home is ideal for people looking to unplug & unwind. It also has a wrap around deck with a BBQ & parking for a truck & trailer onsite.

The Moose Goose Cabin

Located on beautiful Lake San Cristobal. This charming remodeled cabin from the 1950's is the perfect combination of modern and rustic. Please be aware there is NO TV and NO smoking in this cabin. There are games/puzzles, the lake, and endless places to explore from the cabin. Cell service is possible with WiFi calling and internet is through Starlink. Town has restaurants and bars with internet. There is a king bed and a twin trundle couch. Fire-pit, outdoor furniture and views of the lake!

Iron Kettle Cabin w/ all modern amenities!

Our cabin was originally built in the early 1930s. Over the past two years, we've completely restored the space with modern amenities, including all tile bathrooms, a walk-in shower, fully remodeled kitchen, washer & dryer, etc... The back yard cozies up to Lake City Town Park and is great for evening barbecues on the large deck (we have a brand-new Weber grill, too!). The cabin is perfect for 2 couples or young families. Apartment with full kitchen, king bed and also a trundle bed (two twins), laundry , 65” tv, bathroom with shower, and a big covered back porch with table and chairs. There’s a nicely landscaped private area just off the porch. Plenty of parking. You are right across the street from the visitor center, movie theater and post office and walking distance to downtown. You can drive your atv’s to the alpine loop.

Gowdy Suite 1 Open All Year Gowdy Properties

The Gowdy Suite 1 is located on the ground level with private entrance and screened porch. The bedroom consists of a king size bed and 32 inch TV, the kitchen has all standard necessities and then some, the living area has a couch a chair recliner and a 42 inch TV. The bathroom has a shower and blow dryer and extra towels. OHVs are only allowed to travel on Hwy 149 from June 13th until September 30th
